本学科研究方向近五年来在国内外专业核心期刊共发表学术研究论文50余篇,其中在国际一流刊物Physical Review Letters、Physical Letter B、Physical Review C等上面发表学术论文20余篇。其中2015年在物理学国际权威期刊Physical Review Letters上发表的关于利用极化氘核破裂反应研究对称的工作,是近三年来国内核物理同行在该期刊上发表的唯一一篇论文,也是至今广西物理学领域在该期刊发表的仅有的二篇论文之一。共获国家自然科学基金项目10余项,广西自然科学基金、广西高校教育厅等资助项目5项,以及相关的横向项目若干项,总经费达600余万。团队骨干成员获得国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金项目、德国洪堡基金等项目资助;获得自治区“新世纪十百千人才”、“广西高校优秀人才”等称号;获得2项广西自然科学奖(二等奖一项、三等奖一项)、2项广西青年科技奖(2009年、2013年)、2项广西自然科学优秀论文奖(一等奖一项、二等奖一项)。
